Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Help Desk Technician to join our team at Shaw AFB in Sumter, SC. As a key member of our IT support team, you'll provide top-notch technical assistance to end-users, resolving a wide range of issues and ensuring timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Help Desk support to end-users, identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
- Respond to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for IT support, documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems to ensure timely resolutions
- Support creating, tracking, closing, updating, and resolving help desk trouble tickets
- Perform domain account administration and management
- 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk or IT support role
- DoD IAT Level II Certification
- Excellent interpersonal, organization, writing, communicating, and briefing skills
- Strong self-starter attitude, team-oriented, and good communication skills
- Strong/Natural understanding of and ability to demonstrate the Agile Defense Core Values: Happy, Helpful, Honest, Humble, Hungry, Hustle
Typical office environment with occasional walking or standing required
Sedentary - 10 lbs. Maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles
