Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or a related field, with insurance designations being advantageous.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in commercial property underwriting, demonstrating a track record of supporting profitable portfolio strategies.
- Strong self-motivation and independence while adhering to underwriting standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building.
- The ability to evaluate risk exposures and natural hazards effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
