Specification Sales Manager, West

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specification Sales Manager to join our team in California. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your territory, which involves 80% of your time spent engaging with customers in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the West region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Representative Agencies (Reps) and ensure their performance and accountability.
- Collaborate with Reps to establish and maintain specifier relationships, driving both sales and growth.
- Identify revenue opportunities by developing, organizing, and executing strategies for the Regional Sales segment.
- Manage assigned activities, fostering collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization, and support the Director, Regional Sales, in your areas of expertise.
Requirements:
- Proven sales management expertise and experience in the lighting industry or a related field.
- Ability to identify and nurture sales prospects, build long-term relationships with both new and existing customers through direct and indirect sales channels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and strategies to execute solutions within the existing business model and channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
