CyberArk is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our Commercial Sales team in the Americas. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building trusted relationships with customers and partners, and coaching and mentoring a team of Commercial Account Executives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing commercial sales teams, with a proven ability to create and execute business plans that drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our VP of Commercial Sales and other sales leaders to develop and execute our sales strategy, and will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Commercial Account Executives to achieve individual and team quotas.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team of Commercial Account Executives to achieve individual and team quotas
  • Creating and executing business plans that drive revenue growth
  • Building trusted relationships with customers and partners
  • Coaching and mentoring Commercial Account Executives to improve sales performance
  • Working closely with our VP of Commercial Sales and other sales leaders to develop and execute our sales strategy

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial sales landscape, with a proven ability to build and convey compelling value propositions. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales professionals.
