Client Relations and Hospitality Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception Duties: Manage incoming calls, welcome guests, and oversee the front desk operations.
  • Meeting Room Coordination: Schedule, prepare, and ensure the upkeep of meeting spaces.
  • Hospitality Management: Oversee pantry supplies, arrange catering for meetings, and handle mail and copy services.
  • Mail and Package Management: Process all incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages, including postal and courier services.
  • Supplies and Maintenance Oversight: Track office supply inventory and submit requests for facility maintenance.
  • Administrative Assistance: Support legal professionals with document preparation, filing, and various clerical tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a related position is advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with multitasking skills.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Professional attitude and a proactive work ethic.
Work Schedule:
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
Compensation and Benefits:
