Role Summary
As a Client Relations Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing client interactions related to billing, order modifications, and general inquiries. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and support as a key member of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Monitor and follow up on account-related issues to ensure effective resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Document account interactions thoroughly and act as a point of contact for problem-solving between customers and various departments.
  • Provide professional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with customers through multiple communication channels, including live chat and CRM systems.
  • Address inquiries, investigate issues, process transactions, and create solutions for account-related challenges.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within a call center environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong writing and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience with Gorgias and Shopify is preferred.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in an inbound/outbound call center.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with Gorgias as a CRM platform.

This position is not remote.
