Key Responsibilities for the Client Relations Specialist role include:

  • Engaging potential clients by responding to inquiries about products and services
  • Managing customer inquiries related to orders, questions, and concerns
  • Suggesting products that align with customer needs
  • Providing information regarding promotions or sales terms
  • Generating product or service reports by gathering and analyzing customer data
  • Utilizing technology to manage high sales volumes and process orders
  • Contributing to team objectives by achieving related results as required
  • Staying informed about the products available
  • Performing all other related tasks as assigned

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities
  • Professional and positive demeanor
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
