We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our R&D Design & Development Co-op program at Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in the medical device industry.

As a Co-Op in the R&D Design or Development department, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art tools and technologies, including CAD software, simulation tools, and experienced mentorship from seasoned Team Engineers.

Responsibilities will include performing testing, experimentation, and validation to support product design, contributing to design solution activity through the utilization of previously learned skills, and assisting in developing laboratory testing and interpreting data results.

To be considered for this role, you must be enrolled in an accredited college or institution pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, have a minimum GPA of 3.0, and be legally authorized to work in the United States for the full duration of the co-op term.

The anticipated base pay for this position is $25.00-$51.50 per hour, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
