Position Opening: Sales Territory Manager

Responsibilities of the Sales Territory Manager:

  • Grow sales and market share in the Ohio territory through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.
  • Develop innovative business proposals that meet customers' unique needs and goals.
  • Spearhead the development of corporate outpatient clinics' strategies.
  • Review preferred pricing contracts with other manufacturers for clinic customers.
  • Install new equipment and educate end-users on its proper use, cleaning, and handling.
  • Coordinate equipment and personnel for the annual DDW sales conference.
  • Assist other sales representatives with product demos and serve as a resource for them.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Pursue training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and solicit feedback to improve service.
Requirements of the Sales Territory Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales or a related field.
  • Comfortable selling in a clinical environment and knowledgeable about the medical device industry.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven success in managing a sales territory and selling to all levels of an organization.
  • Around 80% travel required.
