Position Opening: Medical Device Sales - Territory Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and sales revenue in assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, lab managers, and administrators.
  • Install and educate customers on the use of our medical devices, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement innovative business proposals to meet customer needs and goals.
  • Sell service contracts and drive attachment rates to our equipment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in outpatient surgery centers.
  • Stay up-to-date with clinical, procedural, and product knowledge to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Utilize sales tools, such as Showpad and Salesforce.com, to manage customer interactions and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven sales background in the business-to-business or medical/hospital space.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the medical device industry and familiarity with its concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to travel regularly and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Located in the Ohio, West Virginia, Western PA region.
