We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team for a contract assignment with a premier healthcare client in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional front desk and back desk administrative support
- Coordinate authorizations with office staff and manage patient phone calls
- Process co-pays and maintain accurate records
- Ensure excellent customer service and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a Physical Therapy clinic, scheduling patients for Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy
