Email Marketing Coordinator

World Learning is seeking a skilled Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of email marketing strategies, coupled with proficiency in Salesforce and experience in orchestrating email journeys.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging email campaigns that drive conversions and foster customer engagement.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM platform to manage customer data, segment audiences, and personalize email communications.
  • Implement email automation workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms to streamline campaign execution.
  • Monitor and optimize email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3-4 years) in email marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and experience with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in creating compelling email content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
