Sr. HR Marketing Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. HR Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at TWO95 International. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing communications strategies to attract and engage top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing communications plans to promote our company's brand and attract top talent
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing communications
  • Design and implement social media recruitment strategies to increase our online presence and engage with potential candidates
  • Manage and maintain our company's employment branding and communication strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruiters
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing communications and recruitment

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communications campaigns
  • Strong social media recruitment experience and knowledge of social media platforms
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and tone
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
