Job Title: Marketing and Communications Analyst

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Analyst to join our team at the Obama Foundation. As a key member of our Marketing and Communications team, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of team activities and serving as a key administrative resource to ensure the success of team goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team, including calendar management, email management, meeting preparation, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of team events and activities.
  • Support the contracting process for team contractors and consultants.
  • Ensure that all expense reimbursements and credit card reconciliations are submitted accurately and on-time.
  • Track incoming requests and subsequent follow-ups for team leads as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and execute short- and long-term projects.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle short-term and long-term tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with others to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Motivated by exceptional customer service, with a focus on anticipating needs and taking initiative to solve problems.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $51,965 to $64,980.
  • A hybrid work arrangement, with the option to work from our Chicago or D.C. office.
