Marketing Operations Specialist

Vasion is seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for administering our marketing tech stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, and other integrated platforms. Your expertise in marketing operations will enable our team to deliver high-quality technical solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the day-to-day operations of our marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Manage and optimize our Marketo instance, implementing best practices for campaign execution, lead scoring, and segmentation.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across Marketo and Salesforce, conducting regular audits and maintenance.
  • Develop and execute ad, email, and event tracking programs, driving strategies to increase engagement frequency and velocity.
  • Monitor email KPIs and make recommendations to improve delivery, opens, and engagements, ensuring strong domain and list health.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide technical recommendations using the full features and functionality of Marketo.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, executing marketing campaigns, and working with SaaS products.
  • 3+ years of experience with Marketo.
  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with at least one of the following: LeanData, Intercom, BrightTalk, or an equivalent platform.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification
  • Self-starter and able to work fully remote, collaborating with team members globally.
  • Experience in business analysis, operations, or B2B.
  • Digitally savvy, with exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong ability to organize, analyze, and interpret information.
  • Ability to work under pressure and change direction as needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and keep stakeholders informed on progress.
