Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at PRISMINC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Network and build relationships with potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and presentations to showcase our services and solutions.
- Understand client needs and deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage client deliveries and ensure smooth project execution.
- Negotiate optimal business terms to drive revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Two years of relevant sales experience, preferably in outside sales.
- Proven prospecting and in-person presentation skills.
- Passion for quality service and exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to build genuine connections and lasting relationships.

- Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
