Business Development Strategist

Spherion Staffing and Recruiting is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably within the staffing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with the light industrial sector and its staffing needs, as well as industry trends and market conditions.
