About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Analyst to join our corporate team at Phia, LLC. As a Business Development Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting various administrative aspects of business development and proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal Support: Assist with proposal activities, including scheduling, coordination, knowledge capture, and documentation.
  • Business Opportunity Identification: Track solicitations and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Help manage customer relationships and monitor government intelligence platforms.
  • CRM and Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update CRM/Sales Pipeline systems.
  • Department Knowledge Base Maintenance: Contribute to department knowledge base maintenance.
  • Data Calls and Market Surveys: Complete data calls, requests for information, and market surveys.
  • Pre-Bid Meetings and Industry Events: Attend pre-bid meetings, project reviews, and industry events as needed.
  • Business Development Support: Provide business development support to the team.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in administrative support, sales, marketing, or a similar role (internship experience acceptable).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite, SharePoint, CRM Software (or ability to quickly learn).
  • Virtual Work Environment: Proven ability to work virtually.
  • Occasional In-Person Events: Willingness to attend occasional in-person events, meetings, or work sessions in the DMV area.
  • U.S. Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required.
