Job Title: Business Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team at Paradigm Technology. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related process flows using Lucidchart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain SOPs: Work with various departments to document and update Standard Operating Procedures across the organization.
  • Create Process Flows in Lucidchart: Design and maintain business process maps, workflows, and decision trees using Lucidchart to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with department heads, process owners, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Analyze Business Processes: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements through SOPs and visual mapping.
  • Maintain Version Control: Ensure all SOPs and Lucidchart diagrams are up to date, properly cataloged, and version-controlled.
  • Training and Support: Train team members on how to use Lucidchart for process visualization and provide support for creating internal process documentation.
  • Compliance and Standardization: Ensure that all SOPs and workflows comply with organizational and regulatory standards, including any industry-specific guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in process documentation, SOP development, or business operations.
  • Lucidchart Skills: Proven experience in using Lucidchart or similar process-mapping software.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify inefficiencies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into user-friendly documentation.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
