Overview
The Site Operations Manager is tasked with overseeing the daily activities of
construction initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring a premium level of service in all
interactions with clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company
personnel engaged in executing construction tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Satisfaction
a. Compile and address punch list items.
b. Conduct final walkthroughs with clients.
c. Obtain a signed Completion of Work and Certificate of Satisfaction from clients.

2. Project Communication
a. Facilitate pre-construction meetings with clients.
b. Provide daily project updates to clients and stakeholders.

3. Construction Oversight
a. Schedule all subcontractors and material providers.
b. Ensure all work complies with the plans, specifications, local regulations, and project scope.
c. Document all project activities in the job file.
d. Implement change orders as necessary.

4. Subcontractor and Resource Management
a. Set clear expectations for each project.
b. Maintain quality standards through regular site inspections.
c. Evaluate and rate all vendors and subcontractors.
d. Coordinate inspections with local authorities.

5. Budget Management and Schedule Compliance
a. Ensure material suppliers deliver precisely what was ordered.
b. Confirm subcontractors complete all work as per their agreements.
c. Validate project schedules and progress.
d. Identify any work outside the contracted scope.

6. General Duties
a. Be knowledgeable about and capable of executing all responsibilities of the Construction Coordinator.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Exceptional customer service history
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic mathematical proficiency
  • Experience in restoration and/or construction is preferred

Education and Training

  • High school diploma or GED

Physical and Work Environment Requirements
Walking and/or standing throughout the day. Frequent driving and sitting. Occasionally
climbing ladders. The employee may be exposed to extreme conditions such as
heat. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

Compensation includes: Vehicle and Phone Allowance

Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package

Salary:
$55,000 - $75,000.00 per year
