Construction Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Collaborate with the Project Manager to assess project scopes and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Manage daily operations on-site, including safety inspections and progress reporting.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Supervise subcontractors and ensure that job site operations align with Bilfinger's operational standards.
- Scheduling: Partner with the Project Manager to develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring that all milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Safety Compliance: Uphold Bilfinger's Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) protocols, ensuring adherence to local regulations.
- Travel between project sites may be necessary, as well as occasional trips to other locations.
- Work will be conducted in both office settings and active construction sites, which may involve varying weather conditions.
- Physical Requirements: The role demands the ability to navigate uneven terrain, engage in regular physical activity, and meet specific vision requirements.
