Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and passionate Product Development Strategist to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with branding, marketing, and communications teams to create and implement product strategies aligned with our organizational goals.
  • Engage with internal business units to ensure that all perspectives are integrated into the product development process.
  • Oversee the creation and presentation of marketing materials for various products, including member communications and market recommendations.
  • Review marketing and communication materials from both internal and external stakeholders regarding our health plans.
  • Facilitate effective communication among key stakeholders, leadership, and project teams.
  • Manage project deliverables, including updates, decision logs, and risk assessments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.
  • Maintain strong collaborative relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for regulatory submissions and compliance processes.
  • Ensure timely reporting of necessary data to regulatory agencies.
  • Lead compliance-related activities as outlined in the annual work plan.
  • Identify potential risks and develop improvement plans as needed.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to regulatory bodies.
  • Serve as a resource for Medicare and ACA product regulations within the organization.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience (7 years).
Desired Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Medicare healthcare product development.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with CMS compliance and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of legal requirements and state filing regulations.
  • 2-3 years of project management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
