Position Overview:

The role of Healthcare Support Coordinator encompasses both in-person clinical assistance and remote administrative responsibilities. On-site, the Coordinator collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care experiences. In a remote setting, the focus shifts to administrative tasks such as preparing medical records and facilitating Behavioral Health Integration.

Primary Duties:
  • Providing educational guidance to patients during behavioral health consultations
  • Assisting with the technical components of telehealth appointments
  • Gathering pertinent information from electronic medical record systems
  • Serving as a communication bridge between healthcare providers and facility personnel
  • Completing designated Behavioral Health Integration assignments
  • Supporting healthcare providers with electronic medical record access and data entry
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma
  • Experience in a medical environment is preferred
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant or CNA is a plus
Skills & Competencies:
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality and adhere to regulations
  • Strong dedication to customer service
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of compassion and kindness
Physical Requirements:
  • A dedicated home office space ensuring privacy
