Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Product Development Strategist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with corporate branding, marketing, and communications teams to create and implement products aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Engage with internal business units to ensure all perspectives are valued and integrated into product and program development.
  • Oversee the creation and presentation of marketing materials that support various products, including member communications such as the Annual Notice of Coverage (ANOC), Explanation of Coverage (EOC), and Summary of Benefits (SB).
  • Review marketing and communication content from internal and external partners regarding our Medicare and ACA offerings.
  • Facilitate effective communication among key stakeholders, leadership, and project team members.
  • Manage project deliverables, including status updates, decision logs, issues lists, risk assessments, and overall execution activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.
  • Maintain strong collaborative relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for CMS marketing/communication submissions and state filing processes from start to finish.
  • Disseminate and manage Health Plan Management System (HPMS) Product memos.
  • Ensure timely submission of Medicare Part C and D reporting data to CMS.
  • Lead initiatives as outlined in the annual Compliance Workplan, ensuring timely and compliant task completion. Assist in the development, maintenance, and updating of policies and procedures.
  • Identify potential vulnerabilities and risks, developing and overseeing improvement plans for any issues.
  • As necessary, prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborate with the corporate Compliance team, serving as a subject matter expert on Medicare & ACA Product regulations.
  • Responsible for communicating updates and approval statuses, ensuring all materials are compliant with state, federal, and CMS regulations prior to use.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Required - Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or 7 years of equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years in Medicare healthcare product development.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with CMS compliance, demonstrating an understanding of Medicare Marketing Product Guidelines and regulations.
  • Ability to clearly comprehend mandatory legal requirements and state filing regulations, effectively communicating necessary changes to internal business units and stakeholders.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management principles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities.
