  • Inventory Management: Utilize SAP expertise to manage inventory levels, track shipments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee a team of 2 clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise the receiving and dispatching of shipments, ensuring that all procedures are followed and that inventory is accurately tracked.
  • Workload Management: Assign tasks and workloads to Warehouse Associates, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to answer shipping and receiving questions, troubleshoot problems, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, shipment transactions, and ensure that inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained.
  • Safety Procedures: Monitor Warehouse Associates to ensure that safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery.

Requirements:

  • Admin/Clerical: Data entry, data sorting, data verification, and other administrative tasks.
  • Engineering: Continuous process improvements and other engineering-related tasks.
  • Light Industrial: Assisted lifting, material handling, order fulfillment, safety, and warehouse operations.
  • IT: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Suite, and SAP-MM.
