About the Role

MVP Health Care is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with our Analytics Team to generate performance reporting and associated financial models.
  • Assist Leaders in leveraging competitive transparency data during contract negotiation and annual performance reviews.
  • Analyze financial models during contract negotiation and ensure financial models align with contractual language/terms.
  • Develop contract documents for renewals and/or amendments in compliance with company templates, reimbursement structure standards, and other key process controls.
  • Support business relationships with Hospital, Physician, and Ancillary Facilities.
  • Ensure the smooth operation and administration of provider agreements.
  • Maintain an inventory of contracts, due dates, term clauses/end dates, spend, and services by LOB.
  • Request necessary data analytics from Informatics to support key business objectives and product objectives where contracting is involved.
  • Keep and maintain necessary database trackers and a tracking system for department and MVP report outs.
  • Process forms, track, and scan signed/executed agreements and amendments.
  • Coordinate and lead regularly scheduled meetings with key hospital systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day issues such as payment issues, authorization issues, and contractual language interpretation disputes.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years in health insurance or equivalent experience in Finance or Project Management required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted if the candidate can demonstrate significant relevant work experience.
  • Strong proficiency in problem-solving, analysis, analytics, Excel, Power BI, along with excellent presentation skills, follow-up skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment required.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, utilize formulas, functions, and tables.
  • Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth.

Location

Hybrid to Fishkill, New York or Schenectady, New York. Travel required as needed.
