Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business banking products and services, with a proven track record of developing COIs and leveraging business relationships. They will be responsible for managing sales efforts and associates in a boutique business branch location, overseeing office operations with the support of an operations specialist.

  • Outbound Sales/Business Development:
    • Drive production-driven leadership with individual and team sales goals
    • Develop Centers of Influence (COIs) and leverage business relationships
    • Engage with customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach

Team Management:

  • Manage performance and personnel functions for a team, executing on a plan to deliver results that create value for the customer and meet financial expectations
  • Support associate development and achievement of results through ongoing coaching and mentoring

Service/Operations Standards:

  • Comply with all regulations, bank policies, procedures, and delegated authorities to manage risk related to credit, operational, reputational, regulatory, and legal aspects of personal interactions, customer transactions, and financial exposures
  • Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues, initiating conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lending, or financial services sales, including supervisory experience. Alternatively, they may have a High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lending, or financial services sales, including supervisory experience.

Salary:

For this position in California, the estimated annual salary range is between $99,535 and $134,665 per year, depending on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
