We're seeking a seasoned financial sales leader to join our team at First Citizens Bank. As a Financial Sales Manager-Business Development, you'll play a key role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead outbound sales efforts to generate new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and referral sources
  • Represent the bank in the community to generate additional business and identify potential CRA opportunities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lending, or financial services sales, including supervisory experience
  • Or High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lending, or financial services sales, including supervisory experience
  • Must complete federal registration and annual renewal as required by the SAFE Act
  • Valid driver's license and frequent travel to other offices, bank customers, etc.

In California, the base pay for this position is generally between $99,535 and $134,665 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
