The Resident Services Coordinator is a key member of the Ivy Residences team, responsible for delivering exceptional resident experiences and driving portfolio growth. This role requires a high-energy individual with strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resident Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Community Engagement: Plan and execute resident events, activities, and initiatives to foster a sense of community and promote resident retention.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to residents, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Portfolio Management: Assist in maintaining accurate resident records, reviewing PMS dashboards, and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as creating POs, change orders, and requesting vendor documentation.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality control calls and work order follow-up to ensure resident satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Property Management team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High-energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Neat, professional appearance
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
- Pro-active, solution-oriented, problem solver
- High school graduate or GED required
- College Degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field preferred
