Job Summary:

The Resident Services Coordinator is a key member of the Ivy Residences team, responsible for delivering exceptional resident experiences and driving portfolio growth. This role requires a high-energy individual with strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resident Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Community Engagement: Plan and execute resident events, activities, and initiatives to foster a sense of community and promote resident retention.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to residents, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Portfolio Management: Assist in maintaining accurate resident records, reviewing PMS dashboards, and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as creating POs, change orders, and requesting vendor documentation.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control calls and work order follow-up to ensure resident satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Property Management team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
