About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Waterton. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide community information and support to residents
  • Conduct move-in orientations and follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents to build trust and loyalty
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license may be required
  • Illinois Leasing Agent license required within 120 days of hire
