Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Professional Services Division. As a Senior Project Manager, you will work on prestigious projects and closely collaborate with developers, quality engineers, business analysts, trainers, and other core team members to execute projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage 2-4 enterprise projects, developing and maintaining project management plans, leading high-performing teams, and inspiring them to deliver for our customers.
  • Customer Collaboration: Work directly with customers to execute the contract, deliver quality enterprise solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Profitability and Efficiency: Meet or exceed profitability targets by dynamically prioritizing project resources and implementing process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency.
  • Project Materials Management: Manage project materials ensuring visibility of milestones, schedule, tasks, issues, risk, action items, and all project documentation.
  • Status Reporting: Provide status reports to the project group and executive team.
  • Change Order Management: Identify, negotiate, and document change orders with the customer.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Project Documentation: Ensure project documentation is completed and signed-off by customers.
  • Team Leadership: Lead project teams distributed across multiple locations.
  • Team Development: Coach and mentor team members to support their professional growth and improve team performance.
  • Business Development: Identify, scope, and estimate additional business opportunities with current customers.
  • Customer Communication: Grasp and clearly convey customer business objectives across teams to create the statement of work for the Aurigo Software delivery team.
  • Travel: Travel up to 20% annually.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive project management experience as part of a consulting organization implementing enterprise systems, budgets over $1M.
  • IT Consulting Experience: Minimum 8 years in IT consulting focused on enterprise applications.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate a predisposition to action and calm under pressure.
  • Quality Focus: Enterprising, self-driven, and proven track record in uncompromising quality.
  • Enterprise Systems Experience: Experience delivering IT enterprise systems across multiple functional areas.
  • Team Management: Experience managing project teams comprised of remote and onsite staff.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Contact: Experience as the main customer contact throughout the software project lifecycle.
  • SaaS Experience: Experience implementing SaaS software; leading subject matter experts, project managers, and management throughout the adoption process.
  • Certifications: PMP required, CSM preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business.
