About the Job:

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining appointment calendars for department managers or supervisors. You will also be required to update and maintain databases, system applications, files, and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information, and prepare reports as directed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Maintaining appointment calendars
  • Updating and maintaining databases, system applications, files, and spreadsheets
  • Filing documents according to established procedures
  • Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, interoffice messages, and faxes
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • A willingness to learn and follow directions accurately
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
