Administrative Assistant Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Support Services Assistant to join our team at Staff Finders Technical. You will also be responsible for scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining appointment calendars for department managers or supervisors.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative role and be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to department managers or supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule meetings as needed.
  • Process and distribute mail, messages, and faxes efficiently.

Salary Information$45,000 - $55,000 per year
