Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to support UnityPoint Health's operations in Moline, IL. The ideal candidate will have excellent technology skills, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support utilizing software applications to complete assigned duties.
- Attend meetings and participate as warranted, collaborating with various employees to ensure effective workflow.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external individuals, conveying clear action items and concise information.
- Acknowledge and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills independently.
- An associate degree in business, health administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
- Typing ability of 50 wpm and kph.
- PREFERRED: Two years of administrative secretarial experience in healthcare or a related field.

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
