Job Title: Head of Strategic Partnerships

About Hall Render: We are seeking a driven and seasoned professional to take on the role of Head of Strategic Partnerships within our innovative Business Development and Marketing Services division. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the Vice President (VP) of Business Development to spearhead the business development efforts, support our attorneys and advisors, and manage various initiatives within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in conjunction with the CMO, VP of Business Development, and Practice Group Leaders to gain insights into the legal and advisory services provided
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client relationships, competitive landscape, and market dynamics
  • Produce client-focused content while upholding quality standards
  • Refine processes for pitch and proposal creation, content management, and proposal templates
  • Oversee the proposal database, metrics evaluation, and content development
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, perform research, and identify new business prospects
  • Engage in Business Development Committee activities and support technology investments
  • Offer post-pitch evaluations, formulate client strategies, and lead award submissions

Education and Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in client/business development or sales
  • Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred
  • Extensive background in business development communications and proposal management
