Position Overview: The Head of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for spearheading the company's growth initiatives by identifying, nurturing, and developing key business relationships within the temporary staffing, contract-to-hire, and direct placement sectors. This role emphasizes the expansion of our client base, the enhancement of existing client relationships, and the acceleration of revenue growth across all service lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of skilled business development professionals.
  • Oversee revenue enhancement strategies by setting both short- and long-term sales targets for staffing services.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning process by assisting in the development of the company’s sales channels.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with current and prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Sales Playbook and Process, ensuring team compliance.
  • Establish a system for gathering and presenting pertinent client and prospect information to the Executive Team.
  • Enhance service offerings with existing clients by strengthening partnerships and identifying new collaboration opportunities.
  • Pursue new business ventures that align with the overall growth strategy, driving revenue increases.
  • Direct and manage business development operations, providing strategic sales planning support to team members.
  • Manage multi-regional opportunities by building and overseeing sales-specific initiatives within company verticals.
  • Collaborate with supporting departments to develop comprehensive business development strategies.
  • Engage in strategic planning and deliver impactful client presentations.
  • Participate in networking events to broaden the company’s reach and visibility.
  • Guide team members, offering direction and sales strategies for business development professionals.
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring service satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Valid motor vehicle operator's license with the ability to travel independently as required.
  • Clean background check and a commitment to upholding high ethical and professional standards.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and grow market presence.
