Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business strategy projects to produce recommendations for addressing strategic opportunities
  • Participate in the creation of new business ventures, including joint ventures, equity alliances, and acquisitions
  • Conduct competitive and industry analyses to inform business decisions
  • Apply strategic frameworks to analyze opportunities and deliver product solutions
  • Synthesize environmental data, stakeholder analysis, and market force data to develop insights and solutions
  • Develop strong business relationships with all levels across all business units and multiple functions
  • Employ Change Management skills and project management to maintain business partnerships and lead internal and external partners
  • Evaluate financial aspects of engine product development, business development, or venture
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or Strategy Management, or related field
  • 3 years of experience as a Quality or Mechanical Engineer, Strategy or Development Analyst, or related position
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or Strategy Management, or related field and 5 years of experience
  • Experience in engineering principles and practices, qualitative and quantitative analysis, product solution delivery, engine industry practice, Change Management, and project management
