Overview:
- Position Title: Head of Client Services
- Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
- Employment Type: Full-Time Employee
- Work Requirement: W2, sponsorship cannot be provided for this role.
- Compensation: $100,000/year to $120,000/year (negotiable)
Note that actual compensation may vary based on various factors such as experience and responsibilities, and does not include additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
The compensation structure includes a competitive base salary, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package with 401k.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Client Services who will spearhead the delivery of exceptional results, manage project and service strategies, and play a key role in the leadership team. This position requires the development of teams and leaders to foster organizational growth and surpass client expectations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and collaborative team player, capable of addressing complex business challenges, aligning diverse teams, and ensuring clear solutions through effective project management and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Formulate and implement best practices to improve efficiency across service lines and projects.
- Project Oversight: Direct the creation of project charters, engagement plans, and governance frameworks.
- Business Growth: Identify new service opportunities and cultivate relationships with clients and partners.
- Client Engagement: Supervise client projects to guarantee timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant delivery.
- Client Satisfaction: Gather feedback and initiate improvements to uphold high levels of client satisfaction.
- Team Development: Inspire and lead a high-performing team; promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Financial Oversight: Manage portfolio P&L, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in progressively responsible management consulting leadership roles, including at least 5 years in a senior capacity.
- Proven success in developing and executing delivery strategies that ensure timely, efficient, and profitable project and service delivery.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, financial plans, and performance metrics.
