Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
  • Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • Establish and nurture networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and more.
  • Request referrals from each customer and clarify our referral program.
  • Respond promptly to all phone inquiries.
  • Stay informed about new products and services.
  • Generate new business through leads and referrals.
  • Provide accurate insurance quotes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Excel in building and maintaining relationships.
  • Develop and sustain client relationships.
  • Contact potential customers using VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
  • Engage in cold calling, direct emailing, and other lead generation activities.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, encourage further sales, and resolve or refer issues.
  • Meet phone time or sales quotas as set by management.
  • Promote products, services, and referral programs to businesses and individuals via telephone.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to enhance client retention and product loyalty.
  • Increase sales revenue through effective use of phone, email, and client lists.
  • Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
  • Present and clarify insurance policy options based on the needs and goals of prospective clients.
  • Assess and understand the wants and needs of customers over the phone.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and collaborative sessions.
  • Engage in training and continuing education opportunities.

  • Passion for Sales.
  • Willingness to learn, be resourceful, and receptive to coaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Prior sales experience is preferred.
  • Career-oriented mindset.
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus.
  • A Property & Casualty license is required, but training is available for the right candidate.
  • A Life & Health license is required, but training is available for the right candidate.
