Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business production targets as set by management.
  • Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • Establish and nurture networking connections with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and others.
  • Request referrals from each customer and clarify our referral program.
  • Respond promptly to all phone inquiries.
  • Stay informed about new products and services.
  • Generate new business through leads and referrals.
  • Provide accurate insurance quotes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Excel in building and maintaining relationships.
  • Develop and sustain client relationships.
  • Utilize VOIP technology and automatic dialing systems to contact potential customers.
  • Engage in cold calling, direct emailing, and other lead generation methods.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, solicit additional sales, and resolve issues.
  • Meet phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
  • Contact businesses and individuals by phone to promote products, services, and referral programs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and loyalty.
  • Increase sales revenue through phone, email, and client lists.
  • Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
  • Present and clarify insurance policy options based on client needs and goals.
  • Assess and identify customer wants and needs over the phone.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
