Key Responsibilities
- Achieve new business production targets as set by management.
- Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
- Establish and nurture networking connections with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and others.
- Request referrals from each customer and clarify our referral program.
- Respond promptly to all phone inquiries.
- Stay informed about new products and services.
- Generate new business through leads and referrals.
- Provide accurate insurance quotes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Excel in building and maintaining relationships.
- Develop and sustain client relationships.
- Utilize VOIP technology and automatic dialing systems to contact potential customers.
- Engage in cold calling, direct emailing, and other lead generation methods.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, solicit additional sales, and resolve issues.
- Meet phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
- Contact businesses and individuals by phone to promote products, services, and referral programs.
- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Increase sales revenue through phone, email, and client lists.
- Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Present and clarify insurance policy options based on client needs and goals.
- Assess and identify customer wants and needs over the phone.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies.
- Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Engage in training and continuing education opportunities.
Requirements

- Prior experience in sales is preferred.

- A Property & Casualty license is required, but training is available for the right candidate.
