Lead the Future of Luxury Electric Vehicles

At Lucid Motors, we're revolutionizing the automotive industry with our cutting-edge luxury electric vehicles. As a Senior Vehicle Development Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of mobility.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the test vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are updated with the required hardware and software configurations.
  • Create and execute vehicle test plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather test requirements and execute tests.
  • Lead program test activities, maximizing utilization, test safety, and efficiency.
  • Document test results, create technical reports, and review data from junior engineers.
  • Identify and report issues, maintaining a summary of triaged program issues and tracking DVP status.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the automotive or relevant industry.
  • Experience with vehicle testing on proving grounds and fleet drives.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle systems and system interactions.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
