We are seeking an experienced Senior Regional Sales Development Lead to oversee and develop a sales team at Viper Staffing Services L.L.C.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving company revenue by leading a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of sales strategies to meet revenue targets and grow the customer base
  • Establish and manage sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting and report on team and individual performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience as a supervisor or manager, with a strong leadership presence
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and ability to analyze sales data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
