Senior Regional Sales Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Regional Sales Development Lead to oversee and develop a sales team at Viper Staffing Services L.L.C.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving company revenue by leading a high-performing sales team. This is a challenging opportunity for someone with leadership qualities, who can build and form new partnerships with potential clients, and drive business growth through innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of sales strategies to meet revenue targets and grow the customer base
- Establish and manage sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting and report on team and individual performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives
- 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of success
- Experience as a supervisor or manager, with a strong leadership presence
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and ability to analyze sales data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
