Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our team at Ace Hardware. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for growing profitable sales with current and new customers in the Northeast Region.

Your primary focus will be on developing a strategic sales plan that engages retailers and increases the customer base within a defined geographic territory. You will also be responsible for developing and fostering strong business relationships with owners and key decision makers to grow the overall business.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of performance in B2B sales
  • Excellent listening and negotiating skills
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities with an emphasis on developing a sales growth plan
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
