Healthcare Reception Specialist

Charleston ENT & Allergy is seeking dedicated and personable Front Desk Associates to enhance our dynamic medical practice. As the initial point of contact for patients and their families, whether in person or via phone, our Front Desk Associates foster a welcoming environment and handle patient interactions with care and professionalism. They are entrusted with essential patient information and are responsible for accurately entering all demographic and insurance details, processing payments, scheduling appointments, scanning records, and, most importantly, ensuring a positive patient experience.
With multiple locations in the Charleston area, flexibility to travel between offices may be required. Ideal candidates will embrace challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Patient Check-In and Check-Out
- Confirming Insurance Eligibility
- Processing Payments
- Coordinating Appointment Scheduling
- Conducting Chart Reviews
- Performing Data Entry
- Scanning and Organizing Records
- Handling Incoming Calls
