The ideal candidate will be dedicated to transforming complex data into insightful, actionable reports that foster ongoing innovation and growth.
Educational Background
The candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or Computer Engineering. Preference will be given to those with a Master's degree in a relevant field.

Professional Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in data mining is required. Experience in the healthcare finance sector is preferred, with familiarity in HCA/Parallon Business Objects (BOBJ) considered advantageous. Proficiency in SQL or Excel is essential, along with a willingness to learn additional analytical tools.
Technical Skills
The Healthcare Revenue Analytics Specialist must be adept in utilizing contemporary technology and software, including but not limited to Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with revenue cycle reporting and analytics software used at Thomas Memorial-HRIS is expected.
Job-Specific Requirements
The candidate should have a foundational understanding of the Revenue Cycle, with the aim of developing a more comprehensive knowledge of this area. This includes the ability to interpret federal publications, journal articles, and white papers related to Revenue Cycle, as well as understanding managed care contract terms and reimbursement policies.

Flexibility in working hours is required to meet business demands, including adjusting hours based on volume needs.
