- Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to guarantee a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and both morning and evening shifts.
- Experience in a front desk role or with Marriott is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems is a plus.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
