Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Director to oversee the daily operations of our agency.

Compensation

$20-$25 per hour (PT)

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with licensures and regulations, maintaining a secure and well-organized office environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
  • Perform daily tasks professionally, implementing effective office management and compliance actions.
Requirements
  • 2 years experience as an Office Manager required.
  • 1-year experience as a Compliance Manager is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
  • One year of experience working in a behavioral healthcare environment is a plus.
  • Associate's Degree is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize well while under pressure.
Duties Include:
  • Greet people entering the building, answer questions, provide directions, and alert staff when someone is there to meet or visit.
  • Answer multiple-line phone system, manage calls, set up conference calls, and route messages within the message system.
  • Manage the building log, accept deliveries, mail packages, and organize outgoing mail.
  • Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
  • Handle filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as requested.
  • Greet walk-in clients, ensure their comfort, and conduct daily client chart auditing.
  • Conduct intakes, admittance of clients, and upload documents into the EMR system.
  • Create partnerships with local schools and businesses, secure events, and represent the agency's brand.
  • Assist upper management in day-to-day operations, collect staff invoices, and revise policies and procedures as needed.
  • Ensure office compliance with legal and regulatory licensures, provide support on documentation management, and consult about ethical issues.
  • Perform regular internal auditing, scheduling staff meetings, and provide support to clinical and medical staff for proper compliance.
