As a Thoracic Surgical Program Director, you will be responsible for leading research initiatives in clinical trials, advanced technologies, and robotic surgical innovations. You will also perform minimally invasive thoracic surgeries and take on administrative responsibilities, which include a mix of clinical work (70-80%) and administrative duties (20-30%).
