CEVA Logistics is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead our Contract Logistics sales efforts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing innovative supply chain solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement supply chain solutions;
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics;
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • At least 7 years of contract logistics sales experience, preferably with a Tier 1 3PL;
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong hunter mentality and ability to convert leads into significant business opportunities;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
