Support Structure: A dedicated team specializing in portfolio management and client services will assist in the transition and ongoing retention of client relationships.

Marketing Strategy: The firm employs various marketing channels, including direct mail, online advertising, and television campaigns, to attract interested investors. This approach generates pre-qualified inquiries from potential clients eager to discuss their investment portfolios.

Home Office Provisions: The firm covers all expenses related to your home office setup, including computer equipment, phone, scanner, and printer. Additionally, all travel expenses are reimbursed, and an expense account is provided.

Compensation Structure: The starting base salary is $100,000, complemented by an uncapped commission structure. Average total compensation ranges from $300,000 to $500,000, with top performers exceeding $1 million. The compensation package includes a base salary that gradually transitions to a commission-based structure, rewarding sales success over time.
